		<description>Thanks for the posts, you have some helpful stuff in here-- incidentally though, your ceiling method is definitely not recommended in a residential occupancy due to the lack of fire protection for upper floors- if a fire were to start in that room with no drywall or tile ceiling to offer some protection to the structural members, the fire will spread very quickly-- properly taped drywall is the best fire protection...</description>
