On February 2, I resigned from my beloved job at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmpw.com\" target=\"top\">TMP Worldwide<\/a> for an amazing opportunity at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hudson.com\/us\/\" target=\"top\">Hudson Highland Group<\/a>. I&#8217;m now working as the Director of User Experience within the Human Capital Solutions Group. It&#8217;s the challenge to help build a business that really drove me. It feels like a startup again, and I love it.<\/p>\n<p>In between jobs, Tricia and I took the 2 kids for a family vacation to San Diego.
